Tour Morocco with Moh is operated by Moh, a licensed independent private tour guide based in Marrakech, Morocco. This page explains the terms that apply when you book a tour with us, and how we handle your personal information. 1. Bookings & Payment

All tours are arranged directly with Moh via WhatsApp, phone, email, or the contact form on this site. Itineraries, group size, dates, and pricing are confirmed individually for each traveler before a booking is finalized — we don't publish fixed package prices because every trip is tailored to you. Payment terms (deposit amount, currency, and payment method) are agreed with you directly at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Changes

Life happens, and travel plans change — let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Because tours are private and personalized, any deposit paid may be non-refundable close to the tour date, but we'll always work with you in good faith to reschedule where possible rather than simply cancel. Specific cancellation terms are confirmed with you in writing (WhatsApp or email) at the time of booking.

3. Your Safety & Assumption of Risk

Travel in Morocco, like anywhere, carries some inherent risk — this is especially true for activities like desert excursions, mountain travel, or camel trekking. Moh is a licensed guide who prioritizes your safety and comfort throughout the tour, but by booking a tour you acknowledge that outdoor and cultural activities carry some risk, and that you are responsible for your own health, belongings, and travel insurance. We strongly recommend all travelers carry appropriate travel insurance.

4. Photos & Media

With your permission, photos or videos taken during your tour may occasionally be used to promote Tour Morocco with Moh on this website or on social media (Instagram). If you'd prefer not to be included, just let Moh know before or during your tour and it will be respected.

5. Privacy Policy — What We Collect

We collect the information you choose to give us directly: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and message details when you use the contact form on this site or message us on WhatsApp. This is used only to respond to your inquiry and arrange your tour — we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The contact form on this site is processed by a third-party form service (used only to deliver your message to our inbox), and WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

6. Cookies & Analytics
